We can provide expert diagnostic support over the phone for out- of-warranty units. We have thousands of systems in the field and these systems generally last a lifetime. During the life of the system, the user may require detailed support from an NKK expert to help them diagnose a problem. Or they may want to know how to resolve other fiber-related issues in terms of using our winding and measurement equipment. The user can purchase support in 15 minute increments and we pay for the call.
We can provide all of the documents that you need via email regardless of document age.
